Hope Therapeutic Services, LLC

Hope Therapeutic Services is a privately owned Therapeutic Center. It was founded by Felicia Fdyfil, a Social Worker committed to helping individuals and families find hope in the power of building their own internal and external resources.

Felicia Fdyfil, LCSW is the Executive Director of Hope Therapeutic Services and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who specializes in trauma-based treatment and working with adolescents and their families through individual and family therapy models. Hope Therapeutic Services is an Intensive In-Community and Behavioral Assistance Service provider within the Division of Children’s System of Care (DCSOC). HOPE also provides mentoring services and facilitates an empowerment group.

HOPE provides comprehensive services for children and families in need. Therapeutic services are delivered to youth with behavioral health needs and are designed to help youth stabilize their home environment. Hope Therapeutic Services provides psychotherapy services at our office in Upper Montclair, NJ. Treatment, care and therapeutic services are provided in a context that is trauma focused, youth-centered, family-focused, strength-based, culturally-competent and responsive to each individual’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs. We provide individual, family and group therapy for children, teens, adults, and their families in a therapeutic and nurturing environment.

We are highly skilled, caring professionals specializing in Trauma-Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Behavior Modification Treatment, Play Therapy, and Grief Counseling. Afternoon and evening appointments are available.

    Caregiver Support Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    This caregiver support group was created to provide a go-to space for all types of caregivers to receive support, understanding, resources, and respite from life challenges. Come join us as we lean on, lift, inspire, and embrace one another through one of life’s precious journeys, caregiving.

    Growing with Grief Peer Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    Hope Therapeutic Services Growing with Grief Peer Support Group explores experiences related to Grief and Loss of all kinds. This group is a virtual 8-week session and is open to adults impacted by any form of grief and loss.

    Teen DBT Skills Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    The Teen DBT group is an opportunity to learn skills, build connections, and explore who you are, what you like, and how you feel. As teenagers, there are often times when you feel misunderstood, dismissed, and unsure who you are and what we want out of life.

    Teen LGBTQ+ Support Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    The Hope Therapeutic Services' Teen LGBTQIA+ Support Group is offered once weekly for a duration of 8-weeks for adolescents ages 13-17. This group will help teens navigate the difficulties that may arise around identity, minority stress, stigma, acceptance, and embodiment.

    Yoga and DBT Skills Therapy Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    Hope Therapeutic Services' Yoga and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapy Group offers a supportive space for adults to participate in guided yin yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling.

    Youth Social Emotional Learning Group (Hope Therapeutic Services)

    The Youth Social Emotional Learning Group is offered to 1st-3rd and 4th-6th Graders. This group is held in person and runs in consecutive 8-week cycles. This group's vision is to help improve social-emotional learning and focus on emotional regulation, improve peer relationships, and increased communication.
