Positive Health Care, Incorporated (PHCI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing effective responses to the multitude of issues affecting the disadvantaged population living with HIV/AIDS in New Jersey.

Our agency was organized in 1990 and was formally incorporated in 1992 to respond to the unique social and health problems of individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.

Our mission is to help the un-served and underserved people living with HIV/AIDS become healthy, responsible, and self-sufficient citizens who are able to make informed decisions regarding their own well-being and that of their families in order to improve the quality of life in the community.
