Laptop Upcycle's mission is to provide free/reduced lunch middle and high school students with laptops for their education.. We deliver clean, usable laptops to northern NJ students to bridge the technology-family income gap.

Q: How does my family qualify for Laptop Upcycle offerings?
A: Laptop Upcycle is currently focused on offering technology to families with students in the Montclair Public Schools (MPS). There are multiple opportunities to qualify for our free wifi or laptops. In addition to those families who are documented as being a part of the MPS free or reduced lunch program, we will happily receive recommendations from teachers, guidance counselors, tutors, or other responsible adults to get technology in the hands of those who need it.

Q: Is it really Free?
A: Yes, if you qualify for the technology offerings from Laptop Upcycle, there is no charge to you as a client. We provide this program with the generous support of our partners and volunteers.
