Journey Hospice is a non-profit provider of hospice and palliative care services in New Jersey and a program of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, Journey Hospice serves clients throughout South Jersey, including Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem County. We also provide services in North Jersey in Essex and select areas of Morris County.
