WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
- Proof of current Irvington Residency, current Utility Bill
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Physical with lead results
Children must be between the ages of 3 and 4 years old by October 1st and be residents of Irvington in order to be eligible for enrollment.
