The Family Support Organization of Essex County (FSOEC) is a family-centered and family-driven non-profit organization. FSOEC provides peer support, education, and advocacy for caregivers of children who have behavioral, developmental, emotional, intellectual, mental health, and/or substance-abuse challenges. 

Our goal is to empower parents and caregivers to take control of their lives by building on their strengths and supporting them where necessary. The Family Support Organization exists to work collaboratively as a system partner in planning, organizing, delivering, and coordinating appropriate care for individual children and their families.

FSOEC encourages public and private agencies to work together to strengthen families with the goal of keeping children safe and healthy in their homes and communities.
