Essenc of Healing LLC. (EOH) is a multifaceted organization offering group-based programs for youth and young adults in disadvantaged communities and assisting companies that struggle with employee morale and common workplace problems.

EOH’s goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space while educating, empowering, and cultivating positive growth in each individual. This is accomplished by using evidence-based programs, trainings, and workshops to support their journey toward achieving professional development and personal growth.
