If you or a loved one is having trouble with activities of daily living, home safety, or personal care, we can provide a specialized program to make life easier and secure your independence. 

Our personal care and skilled nursing services are provided at home and include assistance with bathroom tasks, bathing/dressing, shopping/errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, transfers, medication reminders, etc. 

Elara Caring is a Medicaid provider accepting all plans, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Horizon, WellPoint, and Fidelis. We also accept private insurance, private pay, VA insurance, and the JACC Program.
