Community Psychiatric Institute (CPI) is a private, non-profit, community-based day treatment center which was founded in 1972. Our mission is to provide superior quality and innovative Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse services. We are committed to helping those we serve identify and utilize their strengths in order to overcome their problems and enhance their quality of life.  CPI provides a structured environment with treatment focusing on increasing independence, supporting growth and having a positive impact on an individual's quality of life.

• Transportation Services
  Complimentary round trip transportation is provided to and from CPI daily
• Food Program
  CPI provides free daily nutritious & delicious breakfast and hot lunch to all clients
• Substance Abuse Program
  Includes the following levels of care: Partial Care, Intensive Outpatient & Outpatient Services
  • Program Features:
    Drug/Alcohol Education, Coping Skills, 1st Steps of Recovery, Stages of Change, Relapse Prevention, Work Readiness pre-vocational training, Individual Counseling, Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management (Co-Occurring Services)
• Mental Health Program
  Group Counseling, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Social Skills, Symptom Management, Coping Skills, Pre-Vocational Training, Art Instruction & Relaxation, Wellness & Recovery, Relapse Prevention, Impulse Control, Mind, Body, Spirit Groups,  Co-Occurring Groups, Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management & Education, Medical Services Coordination.

Eligibility	CPI is open to individuals 18 and older experiencing mental health or substance abuse challenges. We accept Medicaid and other insurance plans.
