These services are intended to help avoid hospitalization or extended inpatient stay. This population of children require intensive care to remain active in their communities and do not require 24-hour supervision. Typically, these children have had histories of psychiatric hospitalization, residential treatment, or are at risk for such treatment. Depending upon the severity of the presenting difficulties children may attend either a full or half day program. The half day program is in operation five afternoons per week (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and offers three hours of psychiatric and therapeutic services. In the half day program children are assigned to one of four age-10, 11-13).

The specialized, day time partial care treatment program for seriously emotionally disturbed children between the ages of 5 through 13 years of age. It provides serves to children who have been psychiatrically hospitalized, or who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, and their families. This is a nurturing, structured, therapeutic environment during school hours in which children can interact with peers and adults, learning positive, developmentally appropriate socialization skills through modeling, shaping and reinforcement. Families also learn to function more positively, supportively, and effectively. 

The intensive outpatient treatment program for emotionally disturbed children between the ages of 5 – 13 years. It provides an after-school environment, intended to minimize the need for hospitalization. Services include psychiatric assessment, medication monitoring, group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy and psychoeducation. This program is offered up to 5 days a week for 3 hours per day. This is a nurturing, structured, therapeutic environment where children can interact with peers and adults, learning positive, developmentally appropriate socialization skills through modeling, shaping and reinforcement. Families also learn to function more positively, supportively, and effectively.
