As a community-based day program, AFHS emphasizes the psychosocial rehabilitative approach in assisting the person through the process of recovery. Focusing on the personal strengths and abilities of our members, our program offers individualized service planning. Our goal is to provide a setting where empowerment and choice are the keys to self-determination, satisfaction, and successful recovery.
