The N.O.W. Program at Summit Oaks Hospital offers hope to adults struggling with addiction through the use of Suboxone, an opiate-based treatment. An alternative to traditional substance abuse programs, Suboxone therapy has the potential to stabilize and manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The structured outpatient program's goal is to help reduce the painful symptoms of withdrawal, improve the client's level of functioning and increase the chances of a successful outcome.

The program is held three evenings a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. to accommodate working adults.

The program includes:

  • Comprehensive evaluation/assessment
  • Medication-assisted treatment-Suboxone therapy
  • Individualized treatment plan
  • Group therapy
  • Psycho-educational groups
  • Linkage with community support systems
