At Reformed Mind Services, LLC, we are a faith-based CSOC provider, dedicated to providing comprehensive Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy and Behavioral Assistant services rooted in Christian values and ethics. Our mission is to empower youth and families by promoting mental wellness, spiritual growth, and social connection. Our valued and experienced licensed clinical professionals are trained to work with adolescents' plethora of mental health and behavioral issues. In addition to our clinical therapy and counseling services, we specialize in Christian counseling, per family voice and choice, that respects individual beliefs, while offering support tailored to each family’s unique needs.

Through collaboration with our Care Management Organizations (CMO) Mobile Response Teams (within the New Jersey Children’s System of Care; CSOC), local churches, schools, and community organizations, we strive to create a holistic support system that encourages personal development and strengthens family bonds. We also aim to help families of adolescents evade court involvement/recidivism, out-of-home residential placement for their child, with substantial therapeutic support in collaboration with the Child Family Team.
