Positive Advancement Services is an organization that provides therapeutic services for youths and their family while in their homes and community.  The organization is founded by Nicola Pinto, LCSW who has over 8 years of experience in the field with experience as a DCP&P case management, sex offender-specific counseling, DDD, and mental health counseling.

Our professionals are knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of social services areas including DC&P, DDD, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse.  They provide age-appropriate counseling using evidence-based strategies to increase coping and effectively manage internal and external stressors.

Staff specialties include substance abuse counseling, sex abuse/offender counseling, behavioral counseling for DDD members, individual and family counseling, youth offender services, adjustment disorder, and child abuse counseling.
