Blue Hope Supportive Care is a support coordination and counseling organization.

We provide case management and mental health counseling services. We work in partnership with New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide Support Coordination to their clients. We provide IIC and BA services through the Children's System of Care (CSOC).

Support Coordination
Blue Hope Supportive Care LLC provides Support Coordination services to participates in either the Supports Program or the Community Care Program.  Support Coordinators assist participates with employment/day services and individual/family support services. Support Coordinators help participates and their families with creating, developing and maintaining their Individualized Service Plans.  Support Coordinators provide ongoing monitoring of the provision of services included in the NJISP and manage participates’ budgets.

Blue Hope Supportive Care LLC serves participants throughout Essex, Union, Morris, and Hudson Counties.
