Intensive In-Home Services
In-home services are provided on an outreach basis to work with individuals and their families in the home and community. They are designed to avert treatment in residential or inpatient settings or to facilitate the earlier return of individuals receiving inpatient or residential care. Services are multi-faceted and include therapy, supportive counseling, skills training, and facilitation of access to other needed services and supports. Some in-home approaches are limited to short-term, intensive approaches with the goal of stabilizing and connecting the individual and family with ongoing services within a few weeks. We also provide longer-term interventions with the service intensity varying with clinical needs.

Behavioral Assistance & Mentoring Services
Our Behavioral assistance program is designed to augment Partnership for Children Initiative services through the use of trained behavioral Assistants working directly with children and adolescents and their families in a home, school/work, or other community settings to carry out elements of treatment or service plans. Services are generally time-limited and focused on specific goals used to aid in the transition between levels of care or to facilitate adjustment to developmental tasks.

Parent Advocate Services for parents who are developmentally disabled, parenting skills, and pregnant women issues to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children to grow.

Children & Youth Development Services, education, health, clinical, crisis intervention, dual diagnosis program services, employment services, arts to help with self-expression, and psycho-educational and communication skills training services.

Our clinical Department presents itself programmatically as an Invisible Force that assists our clients towards independence in alignment with the goals set forth. The supports provided to our clients comes from an array of clinical training in specific treatment modalities to cover a broad spectrum of disorders and/or specific presentations or conditions.

Depending upon the services requested, our Clinical Department assesses and advocates for the specific supports needed for clients. The specific services are provided in the most positive and proactive fashion to enhance success. Clinicians may be involved specifically but not limited to assisting clients through the development of coping skills that improve problem-solving. There are times when assistance through medication monitoring with outside clinical providers as well as behavior modification to increase or decrease specific behaviors is warranted.

We also assist programs by providing training to effectively communicate with the population of clients we are serving in providing specific information in regard to psychiatric disorders and management of specific crisis situations. Some members of the Clinical Department work diligently with our clients to overcome emotional and behavioral obstacles. This careful balance of services may involve the school personnel, family members, and other agency departments such as outside providers to synergistically move towards a healthier lifestyle in terms of emotional stability and independence.
