We are a licensed IIC (Intensive In-Community) provider serving youth ages 5–21 and their families across New Jersey. Our mission is to promote emotional wellness, stability, and long-term resilience through personalized, in-home therapeutic services. We specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, behavioral and emotional challenges, and autism spectrum disorders.
Our team of culturally competent clinicians offers bilingual services, including Arabic-speaking professionals, ensuring accessible and respectful care for diverse communities. We collaborate closely with families, schools, and community resources to create individualized treatment plans that empower youth and strengthen family systems.

| Eligibility | Eligibility for IIC (Intensive In-Community) services in New Jersey generally includes the following: Eligibility Criteria: Age: Youth between the ages of 5 and 21. Residency: Must be a resident of New Jersey. Emotional or Behavioral Needs: Must be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges that interfere with functioning at home, school, or in the community. This includes: Trauma-related symptoms Autism spectrum disorder Anxiety, depression, or mood disorders Behavioral outbursts or difficulties Family conflict or crisis Assessment by PerformCare: Eligibility is typically determined through PerformCare NJ, the statewide Contracted System Administrator for the Children's System of Care (CSOC). A clinical assessment (often via phone or web) is used to determine whether services like IIC are appropriate. Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare (or uninsured): Most services are covered through NJ Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare. Some services may be available for uninsured or underinsured youth depending on need and funding availability. |
