Hackensack Meridian Health is hosting a community block party and health fair! The Community Block Party and Health Fair is focused on addressing cancer disparities and providing needed health and education services for local community members. All are welcome to attend this FREE event. No insurance information will be collected.  Snacks, refreshments, music, games, giveaways, and fun for the entire family!

This event will include the following free wellness screenings:

Diabetes

Cholesterol

Blood pressure

Oral screenings

Select cancer screenings, cancer education classes, and community resources (i.e. insurance, legal services etc.) will be offered throughout the course of this event. 

JTCC COE will assist in providing no-cost transportation support for cancer screening related assistance.
