Welcome to Time To Heal Counseling! Life challenges, stress, and adverse experiences negatively impact our ability to function as well as our quality of life. It takes courage and hard work to make the necessary changes to achieve and maintain happiness. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that will facilitate the healing process. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based skills and techniques that can be applied to all areas of life. My practice is located in a comfortable setting within the downtown business district, easily accessible by public transportation.
