Sunny Days Sunshine Center is dedicated to children birth-18 who may be experiencing challenges with learning, speech-language, feeding, behavioral, social skills, sensory processing, and/or motor development. We are able to provide a comprehensive approach that allows for individual and group therapy sessions that are Center based, Community based, and/or Home based therapy sessions that truly address each family & child’s needs.  During Covid 19: We are offering Virtual & Home-Based Therapy. The Sunshine Center believes in a hands on approach, collaboration, family training, and most importantly generalization.  As a team, we can help children reach their full potential!

As Director of Sunny Days Sunshine Center, Inc., Dr. Lindsay Hilsen, BCBA-D brings close to 20 years of experience with early childhood intervention, school based experience, and autism to the position. Previously, she worked as the Autism Clinical Educator for Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc.  Prior to that she was the BCBA for a New Jersey public school.

Lindsay received her Doctorate in Special Education through Nova Southeastern University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level (BCBA-D) who holds two masters in Special Education and Education, as well as a certified NJ special education teacher and elementary education teacher. She is also the author of two Autism Curriculums: A Step-By-Step Curriculum for Early Learners with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and A Step-By-Step ABA Curriculum for Young Learners (ages 3-10) with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

To refer your child, or for more information, please call us at: 1 866 557-8669 our intake department can help you.   Sunshine Center is contracted with most major Commercial Health Insurance Companies.  Tricare & Private pay is also accepted.  Unfortunately, we do not accept NJ Medicaid.
