Therapy is a collaborative process between yourself and your clinician. It is a process and one in which mutual trust needs to be established in order to build a positive therapeutic relationship. We will work together to identify goals that you wish to achieve.

I believe an integrated model approach to therapy is best to allow you to express yourself in order to achieve your identified goals. Therefore, I use a variety of techniques including EMDR, Mindfulness, Meditation, CBT, TF-CBT, and different forms of Play Therapy to achieve your goals.

Therapy is a journey and I will walk alongside this path with you and/or your child to help you to restore yourself and "find your way back home" in a safe and supportive environment.
