I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families. I'm dedicated to working with individuals and their families suffering from the effects of trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. I treat children as young as 5 years old through adolescence and adulthood. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based and my goal is to create a safe place for my clients, where they can feel validated. I know that deciding to seek therapy can be difficult, but I also know how amazing it will feel when you choose to take control of your life.

I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and approximately 18 years of experience working in the mental health field. In the course of my career, I have had the experience of working with children, adolescents, and families in a residential, therapeutic foster care and in-home setting.

I provide a nurturing and supportive environment. Through the Nurtured Heart Approach, I help clients build their inner wealth so that they are stronger from the inside out and teach parents to recognize greatness within themselves and in their children.
